Is this service free?

This site offers two services. The first is a general multiple email address account at your own quitspam subdomain (e.g. @blogs.quitspam.com). Each address can be configured to receive, delete or return emails. This service is entirely FREE.

The second service offers extra more advanced features such as disposable email addresses sender address hiding. This is a paid service.

What if I own my own domain name (or want to)?

If you own your own domain name, then set your MX record to quitspam.com (your ISP should be able to provide information on how to do this).

Then add this domain under the domains page.

Then you are able to create new email addresses at that domain.

Why should I worry about SPAM?

The problem with Spam, is that once you start to get spam, you can be assured that your email address is becoming known. Within a short while, the number of spam you receive could double and then before long, that will double. Before you know it, your spending most of your time sorting the spam and not noticing the important mails you use your email account for.

The best way to avoid spam, is to keep your email address secret. This is what your QuitSpam account will do.

I paid my subscription, but it did not automatically upgrade my account?

If this happens to you, we apologise. We follow up each payment manually and will upgrade any accounts that are missed for any reason.
